Declined to initially update to Ventura because of my monitors flickering like mad

Installed it and tested each new update on an external and eventually YAY the flicker was gone ! Time to update

So I did – a few things broke (no surprise there)

But now the flicker is back – every time the monitor go to sleep, I sign out, the machine reboots, just about any time the monitors shut off.

And to top that off the Displays Preference pane often crashes as they do this
